Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proceedings be initiated against the respondent the order dated 02.12.2024 (Annexure P Bench of this Court in CWP-17646-2018 vs. State of Haryana and another”, vide which it was directed that

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for th State, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present petition at this stage with liberty to take recourse to the appropriate remedy as per law, if so required.
