1. Vide order dated 18.07.2025, the case was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and mediation proceedings were held.
2. As per report received from the Mediator, both the parties have signed the settlement/agreement dated 29.07.2025. Both the parties have stated that they shall remain bound by the compromise deed dated 29.07.2025.
3. Since the matter has been amicably resolved between the paries, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court and the petition is accordingly disposed of.
4. Needless to say that the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement/compromise deed dated 29.07.2025.
