This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following relief(s):- “10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 20.09.2024 (Annexure P/1) passed by Respondent No. 5 and call the records of the case from the respondents for its kind consideration of the Hon’ble Court. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/directions commanding the respondent authorities to immediately release/dirburse the balance amount within stipulated time along with appropriate interest for the two works carried out in Gram Panchayat Basin under the funds sanctioned from 14th Financial Year (Gram Panchayat Mission). 10.3 That, Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/order which may deem fit and appropriate.” 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to avail the other alternate remedy available to her under the law for redressal of her grievance. 3.
