This petition is filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking appointment of Arbitrator in terms of Clause 10 in the Memorandum of Understanding dated 14.09.2011 (Annexure-B). 2. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, and taking into account that the resolution of the dispute has to be made by the Arbitrator in terms of the provisions contained under Clause 10 of the MoU referred to above, I am of the view that, Sri. H.G. Ramesh, former Acting Chief Justice of this Court, be appointed to resolve the dispute between the parties. 3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Hon'ble Sri. H.G. Ramesh, former Acting Chief Justice of this Court is hereby appointed as the Arbitrator. 4.
