Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 334/2024, registered under Sections 281 and 324 (4) of BNS and Section 15(c) and 25 of N.D.P.S. Act, charge-sheet has been submitted under sections 281/ 324 (4) of BNS and Section 15(c)/25 of NDPS Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh. 24.10.2024, a trailer bearing registration no. PB-03- AP-9945 met with an accident near Chutupalu Valley. The petitioner is driver of the said vehicle. When the police party reached there and on search of vehicle 543 kgs of poppy husk was recovered. It was submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of commercial quantity.
