This Court, vide order dated 19.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 3573 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Neelesh Kumar Yadav had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jaijaipur, District- Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 09.01.2025 has KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 requested for grant of six months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case, the statement of 04 prosecution witnesses have already been recorded and the statement of 03 prosecution witnesses are yet to be recorded, it seems like the case is complex and requires more time to resolve. The competent Court needs to hear from additional witnesses and consider new evidence. Given the seriousness of the case, involving Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, the competent Court requires more time to ensure a fair verdict. Hence the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time therefore, he prays for grant of further six months time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of six months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
