Only prayer pressed by the petitioner in the writ petition is that District Magistrate / Senior Superintendent of Police, Baghpat, be directed to take appropriate action with regard to bonded labourers, who have been detained at the brick-kiln of respondent Nos.6 and 7. Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that 15 bonded labourers have been detained at the brick-kiln of respondent Nos.6 and 7. The petitioner has already submitted a complaint to the Senior Superintendent of Police, on 26th December, 2024 (Annexure-1 to the writ petition). In view of the fact that petitioner has already represented the matter to the District Magistrate / Senior Superintendent of Police, Baghpat, we dispose of the writ petition with the observation that District Magistrate / Senior Superintendent of Police, Baghpat may look into the complaint and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
