Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents for deciding the representation regarding claim of Section 30 (3) and 80 of the Act 2013. 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.” BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Date: 2025.12.18 13:55:01 +0530 2 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that land of petitioner was acquired for construction of Kalma Bairaj. The Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue)-cum-Land Acquisition Officer has passed an award computing the amount of compensation to be paid to petitioner and also the affected persons, however, the interest from the date of possession as also the amount under Section 30 (3) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has not been awarded, therefore, the petitioner has submitted representation before the Collector, which is pending consideration, therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.3/Collector to consider and take decision on the representation within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and only seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to take decision on the pending representation, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, without commenting anything on merits on the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed off directing respondent No.3 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner on 21.11.2025 expeditiously preferably within further period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
