When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent-bank, on instructions, submits that the sale notice dated 28.10.2025 that is challenged in this writ petition was withdrawn by the bank. 3. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. 4. Therefore, recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent-bank that the impugned sale notice was withdrawn, the writ petition is closed.
