Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, on instructions and referring to the relevant provisions, submitted that a minimum of 75 days is required to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to all concerned and to pass appropriate orders. However, the present writ petition has been filed within less than two weeks from the date of the application. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, the present Writ Petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the matter after two (2) months.
