2. This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:

2 Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash / set aside the order dated 01.12.2021 passed in MJC No. 43/2021 passed by the Learned Family Court, Surajpur District - Surajpur (C.G.) as well as direct the respondent to pay the maintenance till the completion of basic education of the applicant, in the interest of justice.”
