The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 05.09.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 13777 of 2024. 3. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, learned A.C.S.C. has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party and submitted that now the order of writ Court has been complied with by the opposite party vide order dated 31.05.2025. The order has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. 4. Compliance affidavit is taken on record. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the aforesaid fact. 6. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. 7. The contempt application is disposed of. 8. Notices are discharged. 9. Let the file be consigned to record. 10. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 31.05.2025 passed by opposite party before appropriate forum on merits.
