From perusal of the record, it transpires that the present C482 application was filed on 14.04.2024 and the defects was reported by the Registry on 22.04.2024. 4. Since, several opportunities were given to applicant to remove the defects vide orders dated 01.05.2024, 09.05.2024 and 22.05.2024, but the defects have not been removed by the applicant. This Court again vide order dated 10.03.2025, granted 10 days’ time to applicant to remove the defects, but, no defects have been removed by the applicant. 5.
