Admittedly, this Court has no Jurisdiction to entertain this bail application. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner apprehend arrest within the jurisdiction of this Court and the petitioner is ready to approach the jurisdictional court with appropriate application. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there can be a direction to the police authorities not to arrest the petitioner within the jurisdiction of this Court for a period of two weeks, so that the petitioner can approach the jurisdictional court with appropriate application. In the meanwhile the petitioner shall approach the jurisdictional court with appropriate application for bail. But I make it clear that, I have not considered the matter on merit and this order is passed only to facilitate the petitioners to approach the jurisdictional court.
