On the previous date of hearing, when this matter was taken upconsideration, learned counsel for the petitioner relied upon the judgment rendered by this Court in case titled “Sajjad Tariq Vs Union Territory of J&K and ors” (WP(C) No. 3276/2019) decided on 22.09.2022 and submitted that the fact in both the case are same and are jointly covered with certain law. He further prayed that this writ petition be also disposed of in terms of the said judgment. 2. On the last date of hearing,Mr.Pawan Dev Singh, learned counsel for the respondents was providedcopy of the aforesaid judgment and he sought time to go through the same and report instructions. However, when asked today, whether the facts in both the cases are same, he fairly stillsubmitted to consider the same. 3. In view of the above, since the controversy involved in the instant petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment rendered by this Court, therefore, the instant petition shall stands disposed of in terms of the direction passed by this Court in Sajjad Tariq case (supra). 4.
