Sarma, learned Addl. P.P. for the State respondent. Pursuant to order dated 10.01.2025, Mr. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P. has obtained necessary instructions in written form and placed the same before this court. It appears that the Officer In-Charge of Bilasipara Police Station, vide W.T. Massage dated 20.01.2025, informed that no case has been registered and pending against the present applicant. It also appears that the Officer In-Charge of Kokrajhar Police Station, vide W.T. Massage dated 21.01.2025, informed that no case is registered against the present applicant. As no case has been registered against the present applicant, there is no apprehension of arrest of the present applicant and as such, this anticipatory bail application becomes infructuous.
