GA-COM/2/2025 The Court: This is an application for recalling of an order dated 8 August 2025 dismissing the application for review i.e. RVWO/26/2024 for default. By the order dated 6 May, 2024, this Court had, inter alia, held as follows : “In view of the formal defects in this application, liberty is given to the award-holder to withdraw this application. In such circumstances, EC/223/2022 stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file an appropriate application in accordance with law before the appropriate Court, if the circumstances so warrant. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.” 2 Subsequent to the above the applicant had filed an application for review of the order dated 6 May, 2024 being RVWO/26/2024. This application was dismissed on 8 August, 2025. It is fairly submitted on behalf of both the parties that there has been no adjudication insofar as the merits of the case are concerned and the original order dated 6 May, 2024 was a simpliciter order for withdrawal with liberty to file a fresh application. In view of the above, no order need be passed in this application. The applicant is at liberty to file an appropriate application in accordance with law before this Court or any other Court as may be advised.
