Aggrieved by the orders, dated 20.11.2025, passed by the 4th respondent, the present writ petition has been filed. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, pursuant to the application filed by the petitioner on 30.08.2024 seeking denotification of the land from the prohibited list, the respondents, without issuing any show cause notice and without following the procedure contemplated under the Act, straightaway cancelled the assignment made in favour of the grandfather of the petitioner. 3. A perusal of the impugned order clearly discloses that no notice has been served on the petitioner. In these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the matter at this stage, treating the impugned order as a show cause notice, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit an explanation within two weeks. On receipt of such explanation, the respondent authorities shall consider the same, provide an opportunity of hearing if required, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
