This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 and 3/police in collusion with the 4th respondent in insisting the petitioner for compromise of the civil matters as well as the Crime No.285 of 2020 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to insist the petitioner for compromise with the 4th Respondent and to pass .…”
2. None represented for the petitioner. 3. Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that they are not insisting the petitioner to enter into compromise in the civil disputes between the parties. 4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
