This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to declare the in action of the Respondent No. 4 not to initiating the actions against the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 02.07.2022 to the Respondent no. 2 and Respondent No. 2 herein has refused receive the complaint from the petitioner herein as such the petitioner herein has sent the complaint through Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due to the Respondents 2 to 4 out of which that the 4th Respondent herein has refused to receive the same and the postal cover returned by the postal department stating that party is refused so returned to sender dated 07.07.2022 is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of law by issuing a Writ of Mandamus or

any other appropriate writ, order or directions to initiate the proceedings to receive the complaint from the complainant to register the crime against the accused”
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Sri Md. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that this is a family dispute, purely matrimonial in nature; the police called the parties for counseling and have not registered any crime. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
