The petitioner claiming to be the owner of the property, which is the subject matter of the writ petition, has requested respondent No.4 to issue E-Khata for the property concerned. As the same has not been considered so far, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers: "i). Issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No.4 to issue e-Katha in the name of the petitioner in respect of Site No.58 by considering the representations as per Annexure-E dated 29.01.2024, Annexure-G dated 07.11.2024 and Annexure-H dated 08.11.2024 to this Writ Petition. ii). Issue any other Writ or Writs, direction or directions in the Form of a Writ, as deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the present case including the cost." 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.4, upon instructions, submits that the application is not made by - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29212 WP No. 36148 of 2024 the petitioner in the manner known to law. He further submits that if online application is made by the petitioner in the manner known to law, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. His submission is placed on record. 3. Hence, the following: ORDER Petitioner is given liberty to submit online application for the purpose of obtaining E-Khata with all the necessary particulars. Upon receipt of the same, respondent No.4 shall consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
