It is submitted by the learned counsel that earlier the petitioner had filed M.C.No.747/2022 seeking restitution. Now the present filed seeking divorce and the wife is not cooperating and there shall be a direction to the Court in M.C467/2024 to expedite the matter. 3. There cannot be a direction to the Family Court to dispose of the matter expeditiously. If the wife is not cooperating or she is seeking unnecessary adjournments, it is for the petitioner to bring it to the notice of the Court and if the grievance is not addressed, he can come before the Court.
