(II)to provide evidence of presence of an officer of the rank of sub-inspector or above on the scene of alleged violations 2 mentioned in challan Challan Id AP2008071983005 issued to the petitioner on 07.08.2020. (III)to return the amount of Rs.500/- which was wrongfully collected from the petitioner in Challan Id AP2008071983005. (IV)to provide an option in the e-challan portal to raise objection on any challan to be issued to petitioner in the future and to mention the name and contact number of the challaning officer or an officer senior to him whom the petitioner can approach in case of a grievance. (V)to afford a time of at least 60 days for the payment of any challan, if the petitioner wishes to compound the alleged traffic violation in the future. (VI)to quash the challan Echallan No AP21110939490028 dated 09.11.2021 as it ex fade does not depict the petitioner or his vehicle and order enquiry into the matter by a competent police/transport officer to ascertain the reasons for the vehicle in the picture carrying same registration number as that of the petitioner's vehicle and take measures to correct the anomaly so that the petitioner does not receive such wrong challans in the future.
