In view of the Settlement Agreement, the plaintiff has given a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs to the defendants, and the defendants in view of the said Settlement Agreement had handed over the peaceful, vacant and undisturbed possession of the property bearing nos. Plot no.8 out of Khasra no.84/4 measuring 700 sq. yards and Plot no.9 out of Khasra no.84/4 measuring 800 sq. yards to the plaintiff. After the same, there is no dispute pending or surviving between the parties in respect of the property in question. 3. Considering the same, the Settlement Agreement dated 20.07.2026 is taken on record. 4. Let a decree be passed in view of the Settlement Agreement dated This is a digitally signed order.
