PUBLIC PROSECUTOR 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 19731 has been filed by the Petitioner/A.1, seeking permission to leave India pending disposal of SC No.196/2023 on the file of the Court of Assistant Sessions Judge Allagadda and in Crime No.91/2024 on the file of Allagadda Town Police Station, Nandyal District as per Section 6(2)(f) of Passport Act. Petitioner is arrayed as A.1 in SC NO.196 of 2023 and A.2 in Crime No.91/2024. Passport of the Petitioner is expired in the month of August, 2025 and it is to be renewed. He intends to go to Thailand on 27.11.2025 for a period of three days. Petitioner herein filed Crl.M.P.No.164 of 2025 in SC No.196 of 2023 seeking permission to leave India and the same is dismissed by the Trial Judge. He also filed a petition before the concerned Learned Magistrate in Crime No.91 of 2024 seeking permission to leave India and the said petition was returned on the ground that records are not available. Heard Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent State. Perused the material on record. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that Petitioner is implicated in false criminal cases and he sought permission to go to Thailand for a very limited period of three days from 27.11.2025 to 29.11.2025 to attend the birthday function of his grand child in his daughter’s house. 1 for short ‘Cr.P.C’ 3 Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. As can be seen from the material on record and as per the request of learned counsel for the Petitioner/A.1 that Petitioner/A.1 intends to travel for a very limited period of three days from 27.11.2025 to 29.11.2025, it is apposite to grant permission to Petitioner/A.1 to renew his passport and travel Thailand for three days from 27.11.2025 to 29.11.2025 on his executing a personal bond for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court of Assistant Sessions Judge, Allagadda.
