W.P.No.19325 of 2024 was disposed of on 05.09.2024, directing the respondent authorities to examine the representation dated 31.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and communicate the said decision to the petitioner herein, within a period of three weeks. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented that pending the contempt case, the respondent authorities have passed a speaking order, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. 4. Since a speaking order has been passed, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated 05.09.2024 passed in W.P.No.19325 of 2024. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
