His client has approached several authorities and lastly, lodged complaint dated 18th December, 2024 with respondent no.2 (the District Magistrate). Nothing has been done, which is why his client before Court. 2. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhyay, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the complaint will be duly dealt with. 3. Respondent no.2 is directed to look into petitioner's complaint dated 18th December, 2024 and take action, if required. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of his complaint to said respondent.
