Learned State counsel refers to para Nos.6 to 8 of the reply dated 06.01.2026 of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Sadar, Gurugram, as per which, respondent No.7-Rahul & No.8-Yogesh alias Golu were arrested as per the rules under Section 126/170 BNS and consequent upon the enquiry, kalandra under Sections 126/169 & 126/170 BNS was prepared and put up before the Court of competent jurisdiction and apart from the same, another kalandra was also registered as DD entry No.65 dated 04.04.2024, under Section 107/150 Cr.P.C. against Rahul. 2. In view of which, no further orders are required to be passed. 3. Disposed of. However, still giving liberty to the petitioner to avail of any alternate remedy, that may be available, in accordance with law.
