By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and directed the respondent to grant and release gratuity with interest within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present matter has already been duly redressed by the concerned authorities, as the entire amount of gratuity payable to the petitioner has been released and paid. In view of the aforesaid development, the petitioner has no subsisting grievance and, therefore, does not wish to pursue the present petition any further. 3.
