This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent no.3 in registering the complaint dt.18-03-2023 as FIR despite the complaint dt.27-02-2023 given to Respondent no.2 was forwarded to Respondent no.3, as arbitrary, unlawful, unreasonable and in violation of the Fundamental Rights of the Petitioner guaranteed under Art.300-A of the Constitution of India, by consequently directing the Respondent no.3 to register the FIR against Respondents 4and5, and pass…”
2. Heard Sri P.Rajesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police to register the FIR basing on the petitioner’s complaint dated 18-03-
2023.

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court basing on the complaint of the petitioner a crime was registered in Cr.No.107 of 2023 under Sections 420, 406, 506 r/w 34 IPC on the file of Prakash Nagar Police Station, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District against accused Nos.4 and 5.
4. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
