Perusal of the record reveals that, in fact, it is a typographical error, which needs to be corrected. Modification Application (MCC) No.1 of 2025 is allowed. In para no.3 of the judgment dated 30.04.2025, passed in this petition, WPSS No.1955 of 2015, Munendra Singh Rana and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others be recorded in place of WPMS No.1955 of 2015, Ramesh Kumar Pal Vs. Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority and others, and connected matters on 27.03.2017.
