“10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to call the entire records pertaining to this case. 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of certiorari/prohibition/ mandamus, thereby to direct the respondent authorities especially res no 2 to correct petitioner's name/surname including his parents name/surname in 10th & 12th certificate and further to direct the res no 2 to decide pending application seeking correction in 10th & 12th certificate, in accordance with law, within stipulated time period. 10.3 Hon'ble court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide petitioner's representation/reminder dated 30-05- 2025, 22-07-2025, 24-09-2025 (Annexure P/6), and further to pass any order which deems fit including cost of the petition in the interest of Justice.”
2. Petitioner in person submits that he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to concerned authority i.e. respondent no. 2 to take decision on pending representation Annexure P-6 submitted by petitioner on 22.07.2025.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to
3 respondent no. 2 to take decision on pending representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by petitioner. If the representation is submitted by petitioner, it will be considered and decided strictly, in accordance with law.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the documents enclosed along with this writ petition.

On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for respective parties without commenting anything on merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no. 2 take decision on pending representation, in accordance with law, preferably within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this
Order.
6. It is made clear that this Court does not made any observation on the merits of this writ petition and it will be for the concerned authority to take decision on pending representation of the petitioner on its own merits.
7. With the aforementioned direction and observation, this writ petition is
