The case of the petitioner is that he was allotted Shop No. 22 in Vending Zone - 1, Circle - 2, Sector 37, Noida and he has been doing business therefrom since 2022. It is alleged that respondent no. 5 is now interfering in the conduct of business by the petitioner from the said shop. The petitioner has made a grievance in this regard before the Grievance Redressal Committee on 11.4.2025, but no decision has been taken on his representation. 2. Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for the respondent Development Authority, states that the Tribunal is headed by a Judicial Officer and at present no Judicial Officer is posted in the Authority and therefore he submits that if this Court permits, the Chief Executive Officer, Noida will examine the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision. 3. Accordingly and having regard to the facts of the instant case, we dispose of the instant petition by providing that the grievance of the petitioner shall be examined by the Chief Executive Officer, Noida within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with a fresh representation after hearing the petitioner, Suresh Mistri (respondent no. 5), or any other person likely to be affected thereby.
