DATED : 23-01-2025 The only grievance raised in the petition is that the No Objection Ccertificate granted to the petitioner for erection of mobile tower came to be cancelled by the impugned communication dated 23.8.2024, without affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 2. Upon instrctuions, Mr. Dharmadhari, the learned Counsel for the respondents fairly states, that the opportunity of hearing was not given before the cancellation, in light of which, the impugned communication cannot be sustained. The same is hereby quashed and set aside and the matter is remitted back to the respondent No. 2, for deciding afresh after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
