Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays this Court to direct the respondents to dispose of the appeal in R.C.No.2025-B/2022, pending on the file of 2nd respondent. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions dated 16.12.2025, submits that the subject matter appeal has been posted for hearing to 20.12.2025. 5. Considering the submissions, as the present matter pertains to the year 2022, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal based on merits, if not disposed, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4 DR,J W.P.No.35672 of 2025 6.
