The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of CrPC with the following prayer :- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the First Information Report and charge sheet submitted before the competent Court by Police of Police Station Amanaka, District Raipur in Crime No. 207/2018 and the subsequent criminal proceedings pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur (C.G.) in Criminal Case No. 4734/2019 with respect to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 has filed a reply and submitted that the trial is in progress and the statement of the complainant / respondent No.3 has already been recorded as PW-1 on 12.12.2024. 4. In view of the same, as the trial is in progress and the statement of the complainant (PW-1) has already been recorded on 12.12.2024, we are not inclined to interfere in the present matter.
