The present applications have been filed on behalf of the petitioner for early hearing and disposal of the writ petitions. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that these are eight connected writ petitions filed by the petitioner in relation to gratuity claims raised by the former canteen workers. 3. It is submitted that during the mediation proceedings, all 08 matters have been amicably settled between the petitioner and the respective contesting respondents and Settlement Agreements dated 10th April, 2026, have been executed between the petitioner and the respective parties in all 08 matters. 4. It is submitted that in terms of the respective Settlement Agreements dated 10th April, 2026, the contesting respondents have withdrawn the proceedings pending before the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Dwarka, pursuant to the hearings held on 06th May, 2026 and 08th May, 2026 and before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (“SDM”), Hauz Khas, New Delhi, pursuant to the hearing held on 13th May, 2026. 5. Thus, it is submitted that in view of the Settlement Agreements dated 10th April, 2026 and withdrawal of the various proceedings filed by respective parties, no disputes survive between the petitioner and the contesting respondents in the present writ petitions. 6. Settlement Agreements dated 10th April, 2026 arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, are on record. Demand Drafts have been handed over by the petitioner to the respective parties in the presence of the Court. All the contesting respondents are present before this Court, and they have duly accepted the Demand Drafts. 8. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has handed over to this Court copies of the demand drafts which are taken on record. 9. All the parties are held bound by the Settlement Agreements dated 10th April, 2026 entered by them, with the petitioner. 12. Thus, no further claim pertaining to the dispute with regard to gratuity subsists between the parties. 13. Accordingly, the present petitions are disposed of, in view of the Settlement Agreements dated 10th April, 2026. 14. Pending applications also stand disposed of. 15. The next date of hearing of 27th August, 2026 stands cancelled. 16. The parties are at liberty to obtain certified copy of the Settlement Agreements which is on record before this Court.
