In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to re-connect the drinking water line to the house premises of the petitioner bearing No.47, MTB Road Cross Road, Kalasipalyam, Bengaluru with the newly laid drinking water pipe line laid in MTB Road Cross Road.

3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and on perusal of the writ petition, the same would indicate that the petitioner has sought for writ of mandamus against the respondent-BWSSB to re-connect the drinking water line to the premises of the petitioner. On the other hand,
learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4 referred to the proceedings in Original Suit No.5965 of 2008 between the petitioner and the respondent No.4. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the respondent No.2 herein is
