The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of direction to the official respondents to take an appropriate action on the representation (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that despite the fact that the petitioner approached the concerned SHO for lodging of the complaint on 19.04.2025, which is so depicted in Annexure P-1, the same was not addressed to and thereafter she filed a complaint to the DGP and also to the SSP, Gurdaspur vide Annexure P-1 and the same has been filed by way of a registered post regarding which receipts have been attached with the present petition but still no action has been taken. 3. At this stage, learned State counsel has submitted on instructions from ASI Naresh Kumar that on the complaint (Annexure P-1) necessary process has started and the same will be considered and decided in RAKESH KUMAR 2025.05.19 14:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment CRM-M-25944-2025 (O&M) -2- accordance with law within a period of three weeks from today. 4.
