SCJ and ACMM, Member- MACT, Bengaluru, whereby the Tribunal had awarded the compensation of an amount of Rs.10,20,566/-, the claimant is before this Court seeking enhancement of the compensation. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant/ claimant submits when the medical bills are amounting to Rs.12,00,000/-, the Tribunal had granted only an amount of Rs.6,38,239/-. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3/ Insurance Company submits that on all counts the compensation that is awarded by the Tribunal is just and reasonable and no interference is called for. 4. Having heard the learned counsels on either side, perused the material on record. The submission that is made by the learned counsel for the appellant/claimant with regard to the medical bills, this Court cannot do the exercise by looking at the medical bills worth Rs.12,00,000/- and odd. 5. Accordingly, the appeal of the claimant is allowed by setting aside the award passed in MVC.No.4750/2020 dated 02.11.2023 by the VIII Addl. SCJ and ACMM, Member- MACT, Bengaluru and the matter is remanded back to the Tribunal for fresh consideration. i. The parties shall appear before the Tribunal without further notice on 16.12.2025. ii. The Tribunal shall dispose of the matter within six months from thereon. iii.
