Rama Koteswara Rao, learned Counsel representing Sri Annamneedi Balakrishna, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Sri Sk. Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings. 2. Sri Sk. Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer (R&B), dated 20.12.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The relevant portion of the Written Instructions is usefully extracted hereunder: “In this connection, I submit that, the total payment of Rs.24,88,160/- was submitted in CFMS Vide Token No.2025-1155339 and its status is “Bill was waiting for fund clearance” in CFMS.” 4. The above extract would indicate that the bill of the Petitioner has been uploaded on the CFMS Portal and the bill is waiting for fund clearance. 5. Having considered the same, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition with a direction to all the Respondents, particularly Respondent No.2, to complete the entire administrative process, both inter- departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and 3 coordination within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from today, and transfer the amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (04) weeks thereafter. 6. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the bank account details to the Competent Authority within a period of four (04) weeks from today. 7. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 8.
