Learned ASC for the State submits that Chargesheet has already been filed on 22.08.2024 and the matter is now fixed for 27.02.2026 for arguments on Charge. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, who is Complainant, is aggrieved that Chargesheet has not been filed against all accused persons.
