ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the limited request of the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent – police to complete the investigation in FIR in Crime No.456/2022 and file the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a stipulated timeframe.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned HCGP for the respondent and perused the material on record.
3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and urgency pleaded on behalf of the petitioner, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent – police to complete the investigation in FIR in Crime No.456/2022 and file the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court as expeditiously as possible, without any delay.
4. Subject to the aforesaid directions, petition stands
disposed of.
