By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/order or suitable direction for calling upon entire record from the respondent in respect of promotion of Assistant Manager. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing Schedule 2- (Rule 06 to 07) of impugned notification dated 12/06/2021 of Chhattisgarh State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited and also be pleased to quash its clause no. 12 which is related to post of Manager and procedure of way of recruitment which provides that post of Manager will be fulfill by the 20% through the direct recruitment and 80% through the promotion channel. 10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ or order or appropriate direction to the respondents to fulfill post of Assistant Manager only by promotion. 10.4 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ or order or appropriate direction to the respondents to amend in notification 12.08.2021 and excluded to the Senior Technical Assistant and Stenographer in promotion of Assistant Manager. 4 10.5 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other ancillary relief by issuing any other suitable writ, direction or order, deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case including cost of petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition, praying at the same time that liberty be reserved to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if so required, in view of the subsequent development that the petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation and retired from service on 30th June, 2025, during the pendency of these proceedings. 3.
