This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI quashing the impugned order of the Naib-Tehsildar, Gramin Sealing, Tehsil-Sadar, Varanasi dated 10.03.2025 dismissing the mutation application of the petitioner on the ground that the will dated 02.12.2019 is an unregistered will. B. Issue a writ of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing upon the respondents to mutate the name of the Petitioner on the strength of the unregistered will deed dated 02.12.2019, executed by Late. Gyan Chandra Khatri, in favour of the Petitioner.." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has remedy of filing an appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
