Respondents For Petitioner : Mr. Pravesh Sahu, Advocate. For State/Respondents : Mr. Pranjal Shukla, P.L. Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal Order on Board 21/08/ 2025 1. The instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to permit the petitioner to furnish single bail bonds in each of the mentioned cases, so that he may be set at liberty in pursuance of the bail orders, in the interest of justice. The true copy of the bail orders passed by this Court and by the learned trial Court is annexed collectively as Annexure A-1 to Annexure A-10. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 30.01.2016, and the petitioner despite being granted bail, is unable to arrange the sureties in all 18 cases because of the petitioner has no means to arrange the sureties, as on account of financial status no one is ready to give his surety on behalf of the petitioner. He further submits that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be 3 pleased to direct the learned trial Court to permit the applicant to produce the same sureties in each case or a single surety in the mentioned cases in which he has been enlarged on bail so that he is set at liberty in pursuance of the bail orders (Annexure-A-1 to A-10). 3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the same and submits that there is no provision for the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, hence, the petition is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed. 4. I have heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the petition including the bail orders. 5. Looking to the material available on record, it is clear that the petitioner was granted bail with regard to different crime numbers under the different offences by different orders on different dates, having different Districts and police stations, and the learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to state whether the petition is maintainable or not on the subject matter. 6. Accordingly, in the instant case, this Court does not find it appropriate to exercise inherent power under Section 528 of BNSS; hence, the instant petition is hereby dismissed at the motion stage itself.
