Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions and would submit that basing on the complaint of the Petitioners, during preliminary enquiry it revealed that there is a dispute between petitioners and respondent No.7, it relates to purely civil in nature and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Considering the submissions, since there is a statutory remedy available to the Petitioners under BNSS, 2023, Petitioners are at liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate forum according to law.
