The criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “It is therefore, prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the order passed by the Family Court Janjgir, Dist.-Janjgir-Champa C.G. in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No. 39/2016 "Shahnaj Begum Vs. Suleman" dated 28.03.2017 and further be pleased to enhance the maintenance amount as claimed by the applicants, in the ends of justice.” 4. From perusal of the impugned orders and materials available on records, it transpires that these matter relate to year 2016 and today when the matter is called out, none appeared on behalf of the applicants, as such, this Court is of the view that the applicants have lost interest in pursuing the matter due to efflux of time. 5. Accordingly, present criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim order, if any, passed earlier shall stands vacated. 6.
