It is further contended that even though petitioner's services came to be dispensed with against which petitioner had approached the Labour Court, which made an award in favour of the petitioner on 18th April, 2006. The department though preferred a writ petition against the award but the same stood dismissed on 30th March, 2011, against which a special appeal was preferred further by the department which also got dismissed on 19th November, 2013 and consequently petitioner stood reinstated pursuant to the labour court award.
