Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents are not furnishing the information which was sought under Right to Information Act, 2025. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions, submitted that there is a clear appellate remedy available to the petitioner and that, instead of availing the said remedy, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 6. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work-out his remedy before the appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
